KARAM KRIYA YOGIC COUNSELLING

Karam Kriya is a unique approach which takes as its guide numbers as universal intelligences.

“Karam Kriya is an organic and ever young approach to finding creative ways to utilise the passing time in order to create opportunities and to expand our possibilities of unlocking our full potential and giving birth to the individualised soul while here in the precious jewel of human life and in the mediums of time and space given for this purpose. It is the ongoing practice of re-negotiating the ways we shape our physical and psychic space towards the above-mentioned purpose.”

“Karam = Structures that take us through time but with no result other than repetition. Kriya = Completion of these structures and the establishment of Dharmic structures. Dharmic structures are vehicles of awareness that use time to go beyond time.”

Individual Sessions

I offer one on one sessions with Karam Kriya applied numerology. A Karam Kriya consultation is a healing conversation based on the numbers of your date of birth. The primary intelligences of numbers guide it. You may bring a certain issue with you, or a question, or you may wish to check your direction or make a decision. You may also just feel drawn for as yet unknown reasons. These sessions are available as individual sessions, to be taken whenever you wish, rather than as a one off “reading”.

INVEST IN YOUR SELF

A 40 OR 90 DAY COMMITMENT

You may also wish to commit to your own evolution over a period of 40 or 90 days.

Being a disciple of your own soul takes planning and discipline. Many are the pitfalls and detours. Amazing is the liberation that comes from the right kind of labour.

I offer a guided programme which serves you to unfold your potential from seed to fruit through healing conversation coupled with the support of the technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. You are guided through the evolutionary journey, as expressed by the sequence of numbers 1234, step by step. You are nurtured, encouraged and reminded along the way. Challenges and obstacles are met and actively transformed into resources.

To greatly support your process of growth in this journey you will be given a personalised Sadhana to do at home. Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. The daily length of this sadhana is up to you and what you’re ready to commit to. It will normally consist of a Kundalini Yoga kriya (excercise set) and meditation. You will be taught it in the second session. You can choose to do this sadhana for 40 or 90 days straight.

Throughout the 40 or 90 days from the time you commence your sadhana, we meet 7 times for 7 sessions. Each session is focussed on a different step on the journey and aspect of self, through the sequence 1234. You will be given additional reflections and homework activities, along with your daily sadhana, to help bring focus and energy to each of these areas.

THE 7 SESSIONS:

  1. The first session is an introduction. With guidance from your date of birth, getting to know you. Hearing the story of how you arrived here. Creating an overview of you and where you are at in your life. What narrative(s) about yourself are you ready to sacrifice? How is your story evolving? What do you want? Getting a sense of the direction you are going in on this journey. Following this session you will be given a home practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as a warm-up to your 40 or 90 day sadhana. Between sessions 1 and 2 I will choose a personalised sadhana based on our conversation, your date of birth and informed intuition.

  2. The second session I will teach you the personal sadhana and you can ask any questions you might have about it. Get ready for it. Potentise your commitment. Prepare to sabotage your sabotage. Be conscious of what you might be sacrificing to give birth to your Self. Then.. cross the threshold. You begin your 40 or 90 day practice!

  3. The third session is about the number 1 (and 9). The seed. The Gift. We concentrate on your unique talents. Your potential and virtues. Also the possible viruses associated with the number you have in relation to this quadrant. Possible places of sabotage and block. You continue your home sadhana, and I will give you other homework contemplations, exercises etc, as I will after each session, each time with a special focus on the themes associated with one of the pairs of numbers. You are encouraged to journal through the whole process.

  4. The fourth session is about the number 2 (and 8). The roots. Soul Link. Your daily needs and how you fulfil them.. or not. Finding creative ways to invest in and nourish your gifts on a daily basis. Cultivating loyalty to your soul. Healing. Paying attention to the tension. Minding the gap. Saying no in a way that supports You. Growing problematic naivety into pure innocence and discerning wisdom. Nurturing your potential. Investing in You.

  5. The fifth session is about the number 3 (and 7). The leaves and branches. Karma or dharma. Do your habits support the unfolding of your gifts? Do the shapes of your activities make a mould for your soul? What upgrades to your habits may be required at this time to move them from karma (semi conscious repeating habits) to dharma (conscious lifestyle)? Seeing through the repeating patterns that might keep you limited. Affirming your Self, training your mind to be your helper. Using your positive mind for good. Encouraging you to keep up and be kept up!

  6. The sixth session is about the number 4 (and 6). The bud and flower. Destiny. When are you? Inviting moments of quantum flowering. Now is the time! Reality check. Transforming doubt to trust and fear to faith. Facing the unknown and staying present with your breath. Letting your beauty shine. You are on the threshold between the known and the unknown. Life is a perpetually flowering moment.

  7. The seventh session is about the number 5 (and 10). The fruit. Path. We truly know the type of tree you are by the stage of fruiting. What are you ripening into? Who are you in total? It’s not the destination, but who you are becoming that matters. What are you learning and what do you have to teach? Your word - to bring the 40 or 90 process to fulfilment you produce a declaration about You. This declaration will include statements about your gifts, your soul link, your dharma, your destiny and your path. It can become a manifesto to live by and, in time, upgrade and renew.

7 STEPS TO HAPPINESS - YOGI BHAJAN

1. Commitment The first step is commitment. Commit to kindness and compassion. In every life you are meant to commit. That is why the word is commit-meant. Commitment gives you CHARACTER.

2. Character Character is when all your characteristics—all facets, flaws, and facts—are under your control. Yin and yang meet there, totally balanced. Character is a pattern of behavior where you can clearly answer and stand before your own consciousness. Character gives you DIGNITY.

3. Dignity Dignity is when you act as a god for another. People start trusting you, liking you, respecting you. Dignity will give you DIVINITY.

4. Divinity Divinity is when people have no duality about you. They trust you right away. They have no fear about you. Divinity is when you put yourself and your life on the line to serve another person or a creature. Divinity gives you GRACE.

5. Grace Where there is grace, there is no interference, no gap between two people, no hidden agendas. Grace is when you’ve developed a presence that works. Grace gives you the power to SACRIFICE.

6. Power to Sacrifice The power to sacrifice is when God sits in your heart and presides in your head. You can stand any pain for another person. That sacrifice takes you to HAPPINESS.

7. Happiness Happiness is when you can be thankful for the chance of being these seven things.
