Jai Ram has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2006, with a special emphasis on pregnancy, postnatal yoga and women’s teachings. She co-founded Turiya Centre for Applied Consciousness with her husband, Beant, in Berlin and undertook Karam Kriya Applied Numerology Consultancy Training, completing it in 2005. During this time she had 3 children.

Since moving back to Perth with her family in 2009, Jai Ram has continued to teach and give Karam Kriya consultations.

She founded Small Blessings Yoga for Kundalini Yoga pregnancy and postnatal services in 2010 and runs women’s courses as well as open Kundalini Yoga classes.

She is an Associate teacher trainer for Level 1 Kundalini Yoga.

Though specifically having a calling to support women through the ins and outs of their journeys, more generally Jai Ram is a passionate advocate for the authentic self and a lover of the world.

Aside from serving people to grow in health, happiness and consciousness, through the various stages and phases of a human life, her loves lie in language, understanding the various cultures of the world and looking for the common thread true to all humans, which point to a universality and a common unity.

In Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya she has found ideal technologies and teachings to support this personal quest and shares these with gratitude, supporting people to shine in their uniqueness.
