Join me at Leighton Beach for 5 Fridays (or however many you want) of early morning Kundalini Yoga. Best start to the day!
When: 5 Fridays from 26th Jan to 23rd Feb - 6am to 7.30am
Where: Leighton Beach (Mosman Park end) in the dunes
How much: All 5 classes $100. Single class $22.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket for relaxation, cushion if needed, water. It’s often cool in the mornings, even on hot days, so bring something warm. And, if you like, bathers to swim afterwards!
No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga needed.
