Join me for 6 weeks of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.

Each class of the 6 weeks will be different, in response to the group and what wants to happen. Each class will be the same: teachings, kriya (yoga set), relaxation, meditation & if time afterwards, questions.

Never done Kundalini Yoga before? You are in for a treat. Already experienced? Great. Come back and do it again and again and again.

This practice really is for every body, as physical perfection of postures is not our aim. The energetic effects happen even if you are only able to lean in the right direction.

This practice is also for every one of your 10 spiritual bodies. This multi-dimensional understanding of what it is to be a spiritual being having a human experience and a practice that works on all the 10 bodies makes for something truly complete and special.

If you give yourself to simply doing the practice of Kundalini Yoga, it will give you much more in return. Here is a little nuts and bolts run-down, a version of the process…

  1. It grounds you. Makes you humble not humiliated. You sleep better.

  2. It gets your energy moving. It’s good for your organs. It connects you to the deep longing of your soul.

  3. Stress becomes less. You harness your positive will and ignite your enthusiasm.

  5. Your centre of identity shifts away from the roles you play towards who you really are. Your nervous system becomes more resilient, flexible and balanced.

  6. Your intuition and presence awakens.

  7. Your mind quietens and becomes tameable. You learn to turn it from foe into friend to your true Self.

  8. Compassion and vitality come to you.

  9. Subtlety, peace and refinement come.

  10. Radiance comes.

  11. The unbeatable experience of being at one with the Totality comes. Victory comes.

  12. Repeat all this so it becomes more and more self-sustaining.
