11 DAY SADHANA

~ PROSPERITY ~

Sadhana means spiritual practice. Many of us know that doing a daily practice is so good for us, yet find it challenging to keep up.

It’s amazing how supportive it is to do a practice with a group. It makes such a difference.

Starting 17th October I’m offering an 11 day group sadhana practice - a 30 minute Kundalini Yoga series every day for 11 days.

The focus of this sadhana is PROSPERITY.


What is prosperity?

“If you feel just one thing in your life—that life is nothing but a gift —you are divine and the most courageous person. Try it! Try it as a thought. The moment you feel that life is a gift, you’ll become prosperous.” Yogi Bhajan

Prosperity could be described as is a flourishing state of being. We might associate it with a healthy flow of giving and receiving.

It may for you be connected to health and vitality, to a flow of love and capacity to embrace life, the free flowing expression of your spirit and gifts, to emotional flow, to money .. or something else.

In prosperity, new possibilities open up. We feel ourselves to be an intimate part of the whole of life. Taken care of and grateful.


What does the 11 day sadhana consist of?

The practice is about 30 minutes each day.

We start with a 3 minute meditation named “Get Rid of your Couldn’ts” to fire up transformative potential to move the habitual inner nay-sayer.

Then a 2 part meditation for “Wealth and Intuitive Opportunity”, first 3 minutes to increase the flow of lymph and balance the brain hemispheres to intuitively know what to do.

Then in part 2 an 11 minute meditation with chanting to live creatively to your own potential and tap the opportunities presenting to you.


How is the sadhana structured?

Two zoom meetings (recorded for those who can’t make it live) to welcome you and close the journey.    

Facebook live videos in a private FB group to practice with every morning of the 11 day sadhana 6am to 6.45am Perth time (AWST). 30 minutes of this is the practice plus time to check in, ask questions and share via the comments.

·       Videos of each day remain available throughout the 11 days so if you can’t join the group practice in the morning you can do it later in the day, whenever works for you.

·       Teachings, inspiration and guidance in the Facebook group.

·       A community to share with, to give and receive support, encouragement and celebration.


When?

Tuesday 17th October 6pm to 6.45pm AWST will be a zoom meeting, welcoming everybody and preparing you for the 11 days to come.

The 11 day sadhana is every day 6am to 6.45am AWST from Wednesday 18th October to Saturday 28th October.

Saturday evening 28th October 6pm to 6.45pm AWST will be another zoom meeting to complete the journey.

FAQs

What if I’m new to Kundalini Yoga - can I still join?

Yes, absolutely. I will explain everything well as we go along.

I don’t have a Facebook account. What can I do?

You can easily create one, even if it’s just for the purpose of doing the 11 day sadhana and then afterwards deactivate or delete it. It’s using the technology for good :-)

I’m pregnant. Can I join?

Yes, great timing! It will be excellent not just for you but your baby.

Do I have to do the practice at the same time every day?

No, you don’t. Do it whenever you can make it possible. having said that, the optimal is to practice at the same time every day as it builds a secure rhythm.

Will the zoom meetings be recorded?

Yes.

Do I have to do it in the morning?

No. Do whatever works for you. Experience the difference in doing it early or before bed. Both have benefits. The traditional time for sadhana is early morning, to align and charge yourself for the day ahead.
