NEW YEAR’S EVE - 5 to 8pm 31st December, Winthrop. Jai Ram Kaur will share teachings on the numbers of 2023 and the transition between the years. We will practice a meditation to support us to cross the years consciously, chant mantra together and enjoy a simple, nourishing meal. $40.
NEW YEAR’S DAY - 5am to 7.45am Aquarian Sadhana on Leighton Beach followed by swim if you wish. FREE.
BREAKFAST approximately 9am at Purusha House or as picnic, TBA) for anyone who would like to join. FREE.
NEW YEAR’S DAY - 11am to 4pm at Purusha House. $108. (If attending New Year’s Eve also the price for both events is $130 rather than $148.)
A day of exploring the themes of the numbers of the year universally/collectively and personally. Ceremony to embody and experience the numbers living through you and experience an imprinting of their dharmic (soul supporting) expression as well as raising awareness of their karmic (automated, potentially soul-demoting) potential.
We will again practice the meditation to bridge the years and enjoy a healthy, hearty lunch together.
A time to be in sangat (conscious community), to be blessed by the wisdom of the teachings of Kundalini Yoga & Karam Kriya, to align with the natural laws and connect to the truth of your Self and bring conscious intention to this new beginning. Actively volunteer to play the part only you can play in 2023! And know you are not alone. The sangat is the boat to carry us across.
JANUARY 2ND TO 6TH - each morning 6am to 7.30am on Leighton Beach - a community led class with Kundalini Yoga kriya and the new year’s meditation. These classes are free for all KRI Kundalini Yoga teachers and trainee teachers and will be each kriya will be led by a volunteer from this community. Members of the public are invited to join for $15 each class. After the final day you are invited to join the group at the orange box cafe to have breakfast together.
Start as you mean to continue, with each day of the first week of January an expression of commitment to your own soul.
