Kundalini Yoga and Full Moon Meditation

Leighton Mosman Beach - park opposite the old footbridge and take the southern most path down to the beach. Look left. We will be there.

Please join us for this special event as the moon is full in Leo. In the end of the day ambrosial hours around twilight we will practice a Kundalini Yoga kriya followed by relaxation and a special meditation in alignment with the energy of the Leo full moon.

No experience with Kundalini Yoga is required.

Bring mat, blanket and water.

$15 - ($15.50 with paypal) - part proceeds to the community organisation Kundalini Yoga WA. Each month a different teacher from the community volunteers to lead the full moon meditation, a tradition that we began back in 2012 and have sustained since!
