Kundalini Yoga in tune with the numerology of 2021.
This 5 morning intensive is a great way to start the year with consciousness, self affirmation and intention.
Classes will involve a talk on various aspects of the themes of 2021 and Kundalini Yoga & meditation.
No need to have experience of Kundalini Yoga. Beginners are welcome.
Where: Leighton Mosman Beach. Park opposite the old footbridge and take the far left (southern) path down to the beach. Turn left and you will see us.
Cost: $100, payable by transfer, cash or Paypal (with small fee)
Bring: yoga mat, blanket (it can be cool in the mornings) and water . You may wish to wear your bathers underneath for a refreshing plunge into the ocean after class. Following the final class on the 5th you are invited to join the group for breakfast afterwards at a nearby cafe.
